Meet the Washington Property Management Team:

Christopher E. Donald
President

Christopher has spent the last eleven years in the real estate industry in the Washington DC metropolitan area.  He has been involved in tenant organizing and education, real estate development and finance.  Christopher has developed and renovated over 1,000 units and completed over $200M in real estate transactions.  He has specialized in affordable housing and layered finance.  He has joined the WPM team to grow the business through focused client acquisition and impeccable service.

Christopher has also worked in investment banking, entertainment and politics.  He’s an avid chess and bidwhist player.  Christopher graduated from Stanford University in 1995 with a degree in Political Science.  He lives in the Brightwood community with his wife and two sons.

Leasing Assistant

Charles recently joined the WPM team to provide operational and leasing support to the team.  During his short time as a member of the team he has contributed immensely to the robustness of the WPM infrastructure.  He brings an inquisitive disposition and willingness to learn and tackle any challenge.  Charles holds a license in real estate in Washington, DC.  

Charles is a native Washingtonian and resident of Columbia Heights neighborhood.  He recently graduated from Morehouse College with a degree in Economics.

Bo is the founder and CEO of The Menkiti Real Estate Group and has been active in Washington, D.C. real estate for over 6 years. He has received numerous awards and distinctions including the National Association of Realtors’ prestigious “30 under 30” award.

Bo has a wide array of leadership and strategic management experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. Working at both the board and the executive staff levels, Bo has founded, developed and led successful organizations in a number of industries.

A cum laude graduate of Harvard University, Bo was awarded the Houston and Morland Awards for Public Service and Social Action, as well as the City of Cambridge’s Mack Davis Award for the highest service to the Cambridge community. Bo currently serves on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations dedicated to uplifting youth and developing inner city neighborhoods.

A graduate of Connecticut College and Boston College Law School, Carlos is licensed to sell real estate in DC, MD and VA. While practicing law in the early 90′s, Carlos became a real estate investor, acquiring a deep understanding of our local market. Carlos serves on 3 nonprofit Boards and numerous local leadership groups. In 2003, he received the “Unsung Hero” award from the Community Foundation for the National Capital Region for outstanding leadership in revitalizing the Higher Achievement Program.
